About the Role
Arborvitae is seeking a dynamic intern to join our team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives, culture, and talent needs to effectively support their workforce requirements.
Collaborate with Arborvitae's internal teams, including recruitment, HR, and operations, to coordinate and execute talent acquisition initiatives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization, including hiring managers, HR personnel, and senior leadership.
Provide strategic guidance and consultation to the client on talent-related matters, including workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and employer branding.
Implement best practices and industry standards in talent acquisition and management to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Act as a brand ambassador for Arborvitae, representing our values, culture, and commitment to excellence in all interactions with the client and external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
