About the Role

Arborvitae is seeking a dynamic intern to join our team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives, culture, and talent needs to effectively support their workforce requirements.

  • Collaborate with Arborvitae's internal teams, including recruitment, HR, and operations, to coordinate and execute talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization, including hiring managers, HR personnel, and senior leadership.

  • Provide strategic guidance and consultation to the client on talent-related matters, including workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and employer branding.

  • Implement best practices and industry standards in talent acquisition and management to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Arborvitae, representing our values, culture, and commitment to excellence in all interactions with the client and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
